研究情况
长期从事热控设计和高性能温控器件开发研究,为国家重要工程提供热管理方案和开发相应的温控器件。立足于微尺度相变传热,将工程热物理与材料科学结合,运用多学科的理论与方法,设计、制备基于金属基复合材料的高性能温控材料及器件,满足诸多领域对器件导热率、热膨胀系数、密度、耐温范围、力学强度等参数的不同需求。相关研究成果发表在ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces 、Apply Physical Letter、Journal of Heat Transfer等国际著名材料、传热期刊共计20余篇。
